The activities of the National Government of Valona and the organization of the Albanian independent State are illustrated. Among the objects: a telegraphic apparatus used by the Government of Valona, a collection of stamps, records that illustrate the organization of the various Ministries, a pair of binoculars belonging to the patriot Pandeli Cale.

Documents and cartography illustrate the decisions of the Conference of the Ambassadors that took place in London in 1913 concerning the borders of Albania, the alliances of the Great Powers concerning the Albanian territories, the decisions of the National Government of Valona, the protests of the people in all the Country as a rebellion against these decisions that had left outside the borders approximately 22 thousand square kilometers and half of the Albanian population. Decisions and the denunciation are illustrated of the secret treaty of London in 1915, which limited the expansion of the territories further.

A part is dedicated to the national Congress of Lushnja, held at the end of the January 1920, in which the decisions of the Great Powers were denounced and the foundations for the destiny of the Nation were placed.

Photos and documents show the three historical decisions of this Congress:

1) the reaffirmation of complete Independence of Albania (proclaimed on 28^th November 1912);

2) the choice of the High Council, which represented the apex of the Albanian State and the National Council with Parliamentary functions;

3) the choice of the Government led by Sulejman Delvina.

A space is also dedicated to the War of Valona (June-September 1920) and the activities of the Government led by Fan Noli (that lasted only six months).
